I had told Robyn if you work as hard selling my house, you can have the listing. And Robyn did. There were preliminary listing. Final listing. Videos made. Never hesitated in asking a fair price. And we received a solid contract in about 4 days. All the little hiccups that come with the sale were handled professionally and quickly. Robyn was a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend Robyn to be your agent.

Dale and Robyn are the dream team! We were under a tight time constraint to relocate and asked for a full weekend of appointments back to back. Dale accommodated. He listened to our needs, provided guidance in an unfamiliar town, and provided all the recommendations we could need. Dale and Robyn were always quick to respond to texts and emails. This team is ON THEIR GAME. Wow. Dale got us scheduled for showings immediately and we had an offer in the next morning. Everything, and I mean everything, was handled quickly, efficiently, professionally, on time, and on target by Dale and Robyn. I was gearing up for a stressful buying "season" with a multi-state move and a tight deadline and instead, the process anything but. Dale is a hub for all of the spokes of buying a house. He's a wealth of knowledge and a true professional. Excellent experience.
